I saw mention of a strong suspicion that the East Troublesome Fire was human-caused according to someone connected with the suppression effort. It sounds like one of those things where they won't nail it down for a while, since the fire has blown up in multiple directions.

My son lives on the edge of the northeast part of Longmont. He says they are getting wicked ash fall.

I seem to remember the Hayman Fire being human-caused, and they prosecuted the firebug. I remember it was a woman.

Some friends of mine have a vacation home at Columbine Lake, just outside Grand Lake. It probably got toasted!
