Those aren't options. Those are stand alone programs that work as a plugin for: Studio, LR, PS and maybe a few other programs.
I can't imagine that Studio doesn't have sharpening and noise already.
I have Topaz Adjust as a plugin. Besides all the color and effects stuff it does, I can use it just to sharpen or reduce noise. I don't use it to sharpen, but have used it just for noise a few times.
LR4 works on Win 10, so 5.7 will too.
