After a 11 hour drive from Indiana we got back home in Winter Haven, FL. We were apprehensive all the way back about damage. All to no avail. We got back pushed the garage door opener and it went up.
SHOCK. We had electricity. There was no outage in our area. That means we do not throw away frozen food! Talked to the person next door and there was always power in the area.
The only thing we had damage was a ridge of shingles blow off. I think we have all of the shingle to be put back on by our handy man.
There is a lot of other damage in the area though. Trees down, roofs stripped, mobile homes MUCH damage.
That's it. Hope other in FL in group are OK.
