...and there's not much anyone can do about it. They may be reminded at the border to behave themselves, but there's no way to prevent them from traveling through the country in a different vehicle. It's a lesson to the rest of us to treasure the salt flats, report drones in protected areas like Mesa Verde, keep folks from bungeeing off fragile sandstone arches...and hope that trespassers on hot springs get 'biled alive' if they don't stay on the boardwalks.
