Yep, and his opponent was the pillar of morality!
I wonder how many members of the govt and past presidents could pass the morality test under such close scrutiny we have today.
Again, he wasn't running for saint of the year.
Carter is a decent man and was a bad president. Kennedy was much beloved and ....
