my point of view;
I have no desire to see a default and there were alternatives to doing so, but that was not the major issue facing us, although that is what the spinners had hoped. What was passed does nothing to keep our rating from falling, perhaps just the opposite. It also does very little to reduce the deficit, the intended purpose of this circus.
If that committee had ean qual number of folks with acutal business experience I would be much less concerned. As it is, we've had 2 or 3 committee's and what did it get us. I'm looking for more of the same when decision time comes around. Again.
Calling names is childish, even when the VP of the USA does it, as he did when he recently called a sincere group of Americans 'terrorists'. But I guess children will be children, regardless of their party affiliation.
