Now, I don't know if this is worth the trouble or not, but the prepaid, noncancellable, preprinted stuff isn't totally untrackable.
They (and most other businesses) use a permit. They can't just print out envelopes and toss them in a mailbox. There's paperwork involved EACH AND EVERY TIME that they send out their bills. Otherwise the USPS doesn't get paid. AT&T has to bring that stuff to the PO, WITH the paperwork.
Now, whether you want to go to all the trouble of tracking down the paperwork, AND, if the USPS would oblige you, is another matter.
