...to take on some of the "surplus" bison. It can't come as a surprise to the park biologists, and they should have been working with tribes to build the necessary holding structures to put bison through brucelosis testing and weeding of ill animals.

Bison who can't pass the B test aren't going to be encouraged to roam the Centennial Valley, or any other broad tract of public land.
