Occasionally we get reports that people can send texts from the LGB (Fountain) and Norris. Does anyone know if the is just because of vagaries in the atmosphere, or if something can be done to increase signal reception and transmission?

Some sort of connection in both these places, even just for texting, would be vary helpful for people hoping to catch specific geyser eruptions.
