.....at least the "normal" way, if the trail past Hidden Falls is closed. You could still do it, sounds like, by going around the other way, but that's a fairly long slog around the north end of Jenny Lake.
Sounds like Holly Lake might be tricky too. I found an online update from a few days ago that said the first 2-3 miles of the Paintbrush Divide trail aren't a problem, but that it starts getting iffy beyond that. Even a couple miles up that trail should start getting you some nice views, though. You start off along String Lake for a mile or so, then you have a couple of miles mostly tromping uphill through the woods. About then it starts breaking out into the open more and more.
