Counter in not incremented if name is on no show list. Just goes on to next one. No count is kept of number of names ignored. Just not added to total count or any other count. I get the name, check it against the ban list and go on to the next one if the name was on the ban list. I do no editing. Everything is done automatically and I only see the final results. I have no idea if anyone on the no show list even posted or posted a million times. I am not interested in the no shows.
