I admit it. Could I live without it? My, yes! I can't explain why I look... maybe just that it's a post on the loon page, and I read every one.. (I have to admit to reading the ones that start out "for Hoot's eyes only" or "yo, Funki!") Some kind of compulsion, maybe? Not sure. Would I miss it if it weren't there? Probably not. As LLS says, if we really wanted to know, we could count them ourselves.
I think he is missing the point about what bothers people. They are not bothered because they have to LOOK at the post. They are bothered because they have asked him NOT to post the information and it continues. Yes, the info is already there for people who take the time to look for it, but most of us wouldn't.
