Sometimes when you live a few hours from the ocean you get a crazy notion! The weather....horrible! So let's pack up the dogs and go see the waves. We went to the Lincoln City area of the Central Oregon Coast, and what we mostly experienced was a cold wind blowing a sideways rain which resulted in wet stinky dogs.
