Then you trace out three triangular "fins" onto poster board. They each need a flap that can be folded so that you can tape or glue (or both) the fins to the bottom edge of your rocket. We cut these flaps into 4 sections and then fold them alternately one way and the next, so that they don't try to bend over way or the other.
