I made my own Hams this year and brined the Turkey breast, they both came out great, Costco pork roast, soak in the brine for a week, then smoked for 6 hours, vacuum packed then cooked in 350 oven for 2.5 hours, talk about good, I brined the turkey for a day and then cooked with the ham, talk about mouth watering, melt in your mouth meat, it was great, I am in 7th heaven right now!
