Spent Thanksgiving holiday in Las Vegas visiting with my sister. Always wanted to photograph the Las Vegas Strip at sunset as the lights were coming up. Mrs. Teewinot and I headed to the top of the Stratosphere to take in the view one evening. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let me bring my tripod with me. Its next to impossible to get a steady shot up there without a tripod. Even cranking the ISO way up, the best I could manage was about 1/20 second. Next time I'll stick with street level scenes.
